Once your transaction is successful, send your proof of payment to your Broker or Property Specialists for verification of our Cashier before they will issue a Provisional Receipt. All Official Receipts shall be mailed to your mailing address on a quarterly basis. It is important that you provide us with the correct mailing address because all important documents and notices shall be sent there.
3. Download all the Reservation Forms, fill up and sign them, then email them to your Broker/Property Specialists. Kindly email also all documents our Brokers/Property Specialists will require from you to complete your Reservation.
4. Our process will require a confirmation email from our dear Buyers. Your reservation will not proceed until you confirmed your purchase with us.
