Once your transaction is successful, send your proof of payment with reference number to your Broker or Property Specialists as basis of holding the unit you want at our Sellers Portal and for verification of our Cashier before they will issue a Provisional Receipt. All Official Receipts shall be mailed to your mailing address on a quarterly basis. It is important that you provide us with the correct mailing address because all important documents and notices shall be sent there.
